You'll get plenty of photo opportunities to remember the day by, as well as something to take home with you. Flower workshops If you already have a venue in mind, we can travel across Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire to run a workshop for your party. Prices vary depending on the workshop chosen but start from £35/person, and we require a minimum of 6 people. The maximum number of people we can accommodate is 20. A deposit of £10/person is required to hold the date and the remaining balance is due 1 month before the party date. Travel is charged at £1/mile return from AB41 7RT. Classes are suitable for beginners, aged 18+. If you wish for someone under the age of 18 to attend, please contact Paper & Petals to discuss further. Paper & Petals accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damage incurred to party members or venues throughout the duration of your booking.


The workshop will take place in the downstairs bar area, which is a covered heated outdoor space. There is no private room and therefore no room hire charge. The cocktail will be able to be requested upon arrival from a predetermined menu. Following the workshop the party can move upstairs into the indoor bar area for the pizza, and to continue the party. There is no on-site parking, although Shiprow NCP is close by. There is no lift in the venue. Once a date has been agreed between the party organiser, Paper & Petals and The Ivy Lodge, the administration and payment of both Paper & Petals and The Ivy Lodge will be separated to the respective businesses. It is not possible to pay for an entire package to one member of the arrangement.

A room must be hired to host the party, there is a choice of the 2nd floor boardroom or 1st floor restaurant. The hire period of either room is from 12-5pm. There is a £50 room hire charge for either room unless there are: A minimum of 10 people on a food and beverage package in the 2nd floor boardroom; or A minimum of 15 people on a food and beverage package in the 1st floor restaurant There are two packages available, and menus are available upon request, they are Afternoon tea + 125ml prosecco on arrival - £25/head 2 course meal + 125ml prosecco on arrival - £30/head If the 2 course meal is chosen, the venue requests that all party members either have a starter and main course, or main course and dessert in order to ensure you do not overrun on your hire period. Food will be served in the same room as the flower workshop. There is no on-site parking, although Union Square is close by. There is a lift in the venue. Once a date has been agreed between the party organiser, Paper & Petals and 210 Bistro, the administration and payment of both Paper & Petals and 210 Bistro will be separated to the respective businesses. It is not possible to pay for an entire package to one member of the arrangement.
