A Timeless Love Story: Katie & Casey’s Netherdale House Wedding

emma83230

Nestled in the heart of rural Aberdeenshire, Netherdale House provided the perfect setting for Katie and Casey’s beautiful summer wedding in July 2024. This stunning Georgian mansion, with its charming converted barn and breathtaking countryside views, set the scene for a day filled with love, joy, and elegance.

A Classic White and Green Palette

Katie and Casey opted for a timeless white and green colour scheme, a choice that beautifully complemented the natural beauty of Netherdale House. Their floral selections reflected their personal styles while harmonising perfectly. Katie carried a larger bouquet featuring delicate clouds of Gypsophila and statement large-headed roses, creating a romantic and voluminous look. In contrast, Casey chose a more delicate bouquet, incorporating smaller-headed flowers for an understated yet equally stunning effect. The result was a floral pairing that was both cohesive and unique to each bride.

A Lasting Keepsake: Preserving Their Bouquets

While their wedding day was filled with unforgettable moments, Katie and Casey wanted a way to cherish their flowers beyond the celebrations. After the wedding, we had the privilege of preserving both of their bouquets and transforming them into a bespoke piece of framed artwork. This one-of-a-kind creation seamlessly blended elements from each bouquet, symbolising the union of their styles, personalities, and love story. Encased in a timeless frame, their preserved florals now serve as a daily reminder of their special day, bringing the beauty of their wedding into their home forever.
