May Mental Health Awareness Month

Hello

How are you? No really, how are you?

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and specifically observed in the week of 15 to 21 May when the theme this year is "anxiety".

There are many challenges in life that can leave us feeling anxious, and while many people can cope and continue as normal, some find it quite debilitating.

There have been many studies into the effect of flowers on human emotions, but it doesn't need a researcher to say that the presence of flowers can evoke happiness, positivity and satisfaction. So this May we are offering flower workshops to help kick anxiety to the curb and encourage a relaxing experience.

Would you and your friends be interested in a reason for a get together? Would your workplace like to host a workshop in a lunch time or after work session?

We can do anything from a small jar arrangement in a lunch break, to a Spring wreath, hand-tied bouquet, flower crown or larger team building installation.

We will also donate a percentage of our profits made through these workshops to the Mental Health Foundation.

If you'd like to find out more, please get in touch for a no obligation, free quote.
