I have combined my two greatest creative passions into one studio, offering bespoke stationery and thoughtfully designed florals for all occasions. This allows me to deliver a cohesive, design led experience where every detail works seamlessly together.

The Story

Hello, â€‹I am Emma and I am delighted to introduce Paper & Petals.

I live in rural Aberdeenshire, where the landscape and seasons quietly influence much of my creative work.

Paper & Petals began in 2015, born from a long standing love of papercraft and a desire to step away from my career in accountancy. What started as a creative outlet has since evolved into a considered, design led stationery studio. Today, I work with some of the finest card stocks, creating bespoke pieces finished with thoughtful details such as wax seals, tassels and beautifully curated coloured envelopes. My approach is modern, elegant and continually inspired by evolving design trends.

In 2019, I expanded the business to include floristry, bringing together two complementary passions. My floral style is naturally loose and considered, with a focus on seasonal flowers and foliage that reflect the time of year.

Alongside weddings, I create flowers for special occasions, events, funerals, workshops and corporate work.

Outside of work, I enjoy a slower pace of life. You will usually find me walking with my husband and dog, attending Pilates, exploring art, enjoying a good box set, or discovering new places to eat.
